Foundation At 51-Story Natiivo Near Completion After Developer Modifies Utilities Deal

Foundation work continues at downtown Miami’s 51-Story NATIIVO Miami tower,  new photos show.

The photo was taken by the building’s shell contractor, L&R Structural Corp.

NATIIVO is the fifth tallest tower currently under construction in city of Miami limits, with a planned height of 51 stories and 588 feet. It will also become one of the 25 tallest in the city upon completion.

Groundbreaking took place in February.

Last month, the developers modified their water and sewer utilities deal with the county.

According to the new June 2021 utilities agreement, NATIIVO will include:

  • 448 residential units
  • 240 hotel rooms
  • 117,119 square feet of office space
  • 10,618 square feet of retail
