Sildy Cervera, Real Estate in Miami Beach

My Story

After visiting Miami for a short vacation, Sildy Cervera quit her job at a Washington, D.C. based think tank to pursue a career in her family’s real estate business. “With encouragement from my aunt Alicia Cervera, founder of Cervera Real Estate in 1969, I made the move,” Cervera says.

She was based in the sales office of The iconic Atlantis, built in the early 1980s. When she became a mom, Cervera moved overseas to Japan and Italy, living abroad for 11 years. Upon return, she was involved in the early stages of South of 5th developments, starting with the pre-construction of Portofino Tower and Related Cervera projects: Yacht Club, Murano, Murano Grande, Icon and Apogee, where she was sales manager. She also managed I Star Residential’s Ocean House and worked sales of 321 OCEAN from the Aria Development Group.
